NASHVILLE, TN (June 4, 2012) — As part of a goal to support musicians in an unprecedented way, Yamaha Entertainment Group is launching its first of many upcoming promotional campaigns titled "Promises and Lucky Breaks" with singer/songwriter Jon McLaughlin, best known for his hit ballad "Beautiful Disaster" and his current Sara Bareilles duet "Summer is Over."

"Promises and Lucky Breaks" offers fans two unique opportunities: the chance to purchase an exclusive experience or to enter a sweepstakes and win a phone call from Jon, a copy of his latest album Promising Promises and a Yamaha Guitalele.

The exclusive "Promises" experience features a signed Yamaha P95 stage piano, an autographed copy of Jon's latest album, a never-before-seen photograph of Jon at a private Yamaha concert and a phone call from Jon, where he will record a voicemail message, all for the price of $1,499.

The sweepstakes begins June 1, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. CST and ends July 12 6, at 10:00 a.m. CST. One grand prize will be chosen at random from all entries received. The grand prize consists of a personal phone call from Jon, a copy of the new album Promising Promises and a Yamaha Guitalele, Yamaha's unique hybrid instrument that is half guitar and half ukulele.

It's easy to enter and no purchase is necessary. For additional details, visit http://www.Facebook.com/YamahaEntertainmentGroup. One entry per person. Please see official rules for details.

American heartland singer/songwriter and pianist Jon McLaughlin released Promising Promises, on May 22, 2012. Jon's debut album Indiana was released in 2007, and his career hit a major stride that year when he made a cameo in Disney's film "Enchanted," singing the song "So Close," which earned an Oscar nomination and led to Jon performing at the 80th Academy Awards ceremony. Jon has toured with Kelly Clarkson, Sara Bareilles, Paolo Nutini, Marc Broussard, O.A.R., Sister Hazel along with many more bands. He is currently on a solo tour across the nation.

The P95 stage piano gives musicians dynamic, top-notch sounds and natural Graded Hammer Standard piano-like keyboard action and a high-quality built-in speaker system. This slim, exceptionally affordable instrument includes a headphone jack so it's always ready to play when you are.

Now available for the first time in the United States, the Guitalele is a miniature nylon guitar that looks and sounds like a ukulele, but features six strings and is tuned like a standard guitar up to an A (A/D/G/C/E/A). Chord fingering is the same for any standard-tuned guitar, but now guitarists can easily join the ukulele craze with a portable, playable and thoroughly unique instrument.
