Yamaha Artists Services Inc. hosted an event-filled day of clinics given by five of the top Yamaha classical and jazz artists in New York City.

On December 7th 2004, Yamaha Artists Services Inc. hosted an event-filled day of clinics given by five of the top Yamaha classical and jazz artists in New York City. This phenomenal line-up of trumpet artists included Bob Sullivan (Assistant Principal Trumpet, Cleveland Orchestra), Michael Mossman (Freelance player, Professor Queens College), Jim Thompson (Professor of Trumpet, Eastman School of Music), Chase Sanborn (Freelance player, Author of Brass Tactics), and David Krauss (Principal Trumpet, Metropolitan Opera Orchestra). Attendees were able to tour the 11th floor Band and Orchestral Atelier and were also given the opportunity to test the entire line of Yamaha trumpets including the new YTR-9445CHS co-designed by John Hagstrom, member of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, and Yamaha trumpet designer Bob Malone.
