YCSP Success: 50,000 Downloaded Sessions

Mike Raber (right) of Eckroth Music in Bismarck, ND, wins a Yamaha Digital Home Theater System for completing the 50,000th session of the Yamaha Certified Sales Professional online training program. The series of video and audio-based training modules and accompanying quizzes is designed to provide detailed information that help dealers with an overall understanding of Yamaha Band & Orchestral instruments and services. Raber completed all 48 available sessions and signed up for YCSP on the very first day the program was launched. District Manager Vickie Volesky (left) was on hand to present Raber with his prize.
