Will Give Away a New Signature BB714BS Bass

BUENA PARK, Calif. — Billy Sheehan, one of the most electrifying bass players in the world, will present a Bass Player magazine Artist Master Class Webcast on Sept. 17, 2008 at 9:00 p.m. EST (6:00 p.m. PST). The class, entitled "Bass: Top to Bottom", will focus on technique and tone; moderator Jonathan Herrera, a senior editor at the magazine, will convey live questions from audience members.

All live registered attendees will qualify to win a new BB714BS Billy Sheehan Signature Bass from Yamaha, which is based on the classic BB414 body style. The new four-string model features a unique woofer pickup that Sheehan designed with Yamaha's master guitar builder, John Gaudesi at Yamaha Artist Services Hollywood. Aesthetic details include gorgeous black nickel hardware and a black metallic finish. Sheehan's current Signature model, the ATT LTD II, will also remain in Yamaha's product lineup and will be available in new colors, including Black and Lava Red.

Known as one of the most dynamic players to ever pick up a four-string, Sheehan made his name with David Lee Roth and Mr. Big and has had an active solo career.
