The MW8CX provides eight input channels, including four ultra-low-noise preamps, as well as a digital multi-effect unit that provides a variety of reverb, delay, modulation, and distortion programs with parameter control. The MW10C adds an additional stereo input without built-in effects. The MW12C and MW12CX provide a total of twelve inputs, including four mono microphone/line inputs and four stereo line inputs. The MW12CX adds an internal digital multi-effects unit.
