DUAL-DRAWER*
Two CD drawers on a single chassis allows easy dubbing. Drive A is playback only, while Drive B is record and playback. Normal and high-speed dubbing.
CD, CD-R, CD-RW COMPATIBILITY
The CDR-D651 can record and playback CD-R (recordable) and CD-RW (rewritable) CD discs as well as conventional CDs. It provides the best recording available to the consumer and greatly expands the medium's versatility.
HIGH SPEED FINALIZATION
Signals on a CD-R disc must be "finalized" before the disc can be played on an ordinary CD player. The CDR-D651 performs this process at twice the normal speed. That means you get your recorded disc faster.
SYNCHRO RECORDING
Works with Yamaha analog and digital sources to provide completely synchronized source start and CD recording. The feature can be used for one track or all tracks and can automatically finalize a recording, as well.
RECORDING LEVEL ADJUSTMENT
Recording level adjustments of digital and analog recording levels make it easy to produce recordings with uniform volume levels.
ERASE
The CDR-D651 provides easy erase of either the last track or all tracks of CD-RW discs.
CONVENIENT AND VERSATILE PROGRAMMABILITY
The CDR-D651 offers many different ways to record and playback, including: Repeat, Program, and Random Play.
MULTIPLE INPUT/OUTPUT OPTIONS
The CDR-D651 is equipped with digital and analog inputs for Drive A. Drive B has analog inputs and outputs.
MULTI-FUNCTION REMOTE CONTROL
An easy-to-use "paddle" type remote control keypad allows armchair operation of most functions.
FRONT PANEL HEADPHONE JACK WITH LEVEL CONTROL
A front panel headphone jack makes it easy to monitor the recording as it is going on and provides private listening. A headphone level control allows a comfortable listening level.
