VERSATILE DIGITAL CD RECORDER WITH HUGE HARD DISK CAPACITY
The CDR-HD1000 is more than a CD recorder. It includes a 20 GB hard disk drive and provides fast editing and compiling for music fans.
FAST RECORDING AND EDITING
The new recorder provides 10x "ripping" from CD to the hard disk, 8x recording from the hard disk to a CD-R, and 4x speed from the hard disk to a CD-RW.
LARGE HARD DRIVE CAPACITY
You can record up to 30 CDs on the CDR-HD1000's 20 gigabyte hard disk. The component can be used for high quality music storage or as a "jukebox" in addition to its record/playback function.
ANALOG AND DIGITAL RECORDING AND PLAYBACK FROM HDD
Analog and digital playback is available from hard disk drive. Analog and digital recording is also possible directly to the HDD. (To comply with SCMS, the HDD is erased after digital recording.)
HIGH QUALITY AUDIO
Linear PCM recording with 24-bit A/D and D/A converters assure top quality sound.
CD TEXT COMPATABILITY
Enter and edit CD text from the front panel or the remote control keypad.
AUTOMATIC SAMPLING RATE CONVERSION
To match all current digital audio formats, the CDR-HD1000 automatically sets the sampling rate at 96 kHz, 48 kHz, 44.1 kHz, or 32 kHz depending on the requirements of the medium.
MULTIPLE INPUTS AND OUTPUTS
The CDR-HD1000 is a versatile, state-of-the-art recording center. It features optical and coaxial digital inputs as well as an analog input and a headphone output with a level control.
