Thanks to Yamaha Active Servo Technology (YST) and the DSP chip for enhanced presence, the amplifier, tuned bass-reflex enclosure and speaker actually interact to produce extended tight, deep bass that's impossible with conventional speaker technology.

YST multimedia speakers are compatible with Macintosh and PC computers and with portable cassette, CD and radio players.

Yamaha YST speakers won't affect your video display or magnetic storage media.

The YSTM20DSP offers you great flexibility. Plug your sound card into one input and your portable CD, radio or cassette player into the other for great game sound when you're playing and great music when you're working.

When you don't want to disturb others, plug headphones into the jack on the front of your YSTM20DSP. The speaker's amplifier will drive your headphones far better than the headphone output of a sound card.
