MV12/6
The new MV12/6 Mixer is our high performance mixer specially designed for use in a smaller commerical applications. Our engineers took extra effort in designing the MV12/6 so as to provide maximum ease and flexibility when installing and using the mixer. Euro-block connectors and connector panel's changeable mounting allow the unit to be installed in locations that would be impossible for other mixers. 12 Input channels are just right for smaller applications and 6 independently assignable output buses (4 group + stereo) deliver exceptional versatility. Where superior sound quality and versatility in a rack mount system are required for any smaller commerical application, the MV12/6 is an unbeatable choice.
Channel Controls
All channels feature a 3-band EQ (High, Mid, Low), two auxiliary sends (AUX2 is switchable between pre- and post-fader modes), effect send, bus switches for routing to group 1/2, group 3/4 and stereo outputs and a channel fader. In addition they are equipped with a 44-dB gain trim, peak indicator and pan pot.
Installation
For maximum installation flexibility, the MV12/6's connector panel can be mounted on the rear or the top of the unit. This enables the 7U rack-mount mixer to be easily installed in locations where other devices may not.
4 Group and Stereo Buses, 7-Band EQ and 16 Digital Effects
Signals from the 12 channels inputs can be routed to any of the four group or stereo buses creating a maximum of 6 independent outputs. Group 1/2 and 3/4 buses are equipped with TO ST switches that send the signal to the stereo bus when engaged or keep the signal independent of the stereo out signal. Built in high quality digital effects add a professional touch to any mix so the MV12/6 offers a total of 16 effects programs from which to choose. The selected effect can be applied to the stereo out signal as well as the group 1/2 and 3/4 signals. The stereo out signal can be further processed with the unit's built-in 7-band graphic equalizer that delivers detailed overall response shaping of the main speakers. The MV12/6 also allows the return signal to be routed independently to the group 1/2, 3/4 and/or stereo buses.
Inputs
Inputs 1-8 are all equipped with both XLR and Euro-block connectors for quick, easy and flexible connectivity. Channels 1-8 are also equipped with individual phantom power switches. Channels 9/10 and 11/12 are stereo input channels with both RCA jacks and Euro-block connecters supplied.
Outputs
Like the mixer's input section, the output section's Stereo Out, Group Out 1-4, Monitor and MONO Outputs also utilizes Euro-block connectors for quick, easy and flexible connection. XLR jacks are also provided for Stereo Out and MONO Out while Group Out, AUX 1/2, Effect and Return jacks are all phone plug type.
Other Features
XLR jack lamp connector on the front panel. Holes provided on the front panel for the installation of protective covers. Phones jack provides easy montoring. Insert I/O jacks supplied on channels 1-4 allow individual effects to be inserted into individual channels. TAPE IN jacks and REC OUT jacks offer easy connection of tape decks for playback and recording.
