I've completely redone my surround sound, listened to a lot of speakers and read till I went blind. I bought these speakers without even hearing them, I took a chance because Yamaha has never let me down. Everything in my htr is now Yamaha and I'm very happy. I've combined them with ns p150 and my sub , they sound awesome. Its not how loud you go its the detail and that's the best thing these speakers hit you with. For the price, looks, sound quality they're unbeatable. When I watch blueray movies or play a game you don't have to blast it loud to hear the great details, just sit back and smile!

It's a big jump from my NS-F 6500, the NS-F150 sound very detailed, the impact on mid range is great and the highs and lows sound correct without bummy or ssss.
