Teamed with my new Yahama receiver. It is an affordable but great sounding combo. It replace a 12 year old Bose Lifestyle system that I wasn't very happy with at all.

If you are on a budget and want the sound to seem like you paid thousands of dollars for it...then these speakers are for you. I was blown away. I hooked them to my Yamaha 5.1-Ch. Home Theater Receiver-RX-V371...and what a wonderful sound that came out of them. Well worth the little money I paid for them.

Purchased system because I was looking for an inexpensive speaker system with decent quality. Using with a Sony receiver and Toshiba 32 in. Tv in master bedroom. Have been pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the sound quality and crispness. Saw good reviews prior to purchasing but was not quite sure what to expect. Glad I made the decision to buy.

I purchased this Yamaha set slightly before Christmas. I would have to say that this may be one of the best purchases I have made. In the sense that it was inexpensive and the sound experience it gives is priceless. I am so happy with these speakers and they work great in my small/medium room. They are awesome for watching movies, tv, and definetly give the coolest experience while playing games. I love these speakers and don't plan on buying new ones for a long time. PS -I purchased these speakers from[@] for just over 100 dollars so if you are looking to buy these. It is much cheaper at [@] HOPE THIS HELPS!

I was pleasantly surprised by the rich sound from the relatively small speakers. When initially unpacking the system I was disappointed by their diminutive size, but once they were hooked up (to a Yamaha V471) their sound output was amazing. The sound is rich and full, and easily fills the 14 x 40' room where our home theater is located. I have used their small footprint to "hide" the speakers in the room. All in all, I am pleased with the speakers (and the the Yamaha amp).
