This AV receiver lets you use the Yamaha AV Controller App that is downloadable from iTunes®, Google Play or the Amazon Appstore to control the power, volume, input selections, DSP modes and much, much more from an iPhone® or Android™ device. You can also use as many as 23 different languages and customize the interface by hiding unused icons and renaming functions. A tablet version is also available.

The AV SETUP GUIDE is an application that assists you with cable connections between the AV receiver and source devices as well as setting up the AV receivers settings. This app guides you through the various settings such as speaker connections, TV and source device connections and assigning the power amplifiers for your desired speaker output. System illustrations and actual AV receiver images help you easily understand how to make the connections between each device. If your receiver is connected to the network, the setting parameters on this app will automatically be copied and applied to your AV receiver.

The Home Theater Controller app provides easy operation of select Yamaha sound bars using your iPhone®, iPod touch® or iPad® or Android™ device.

Install the free Yamaha DTA Controller app on your smartphone or tablet to turn it into a full-function remote control for all the IntelliAlarm™ features, including setting up flexible per-day alarm times and radio presets, as well as customizing fade-in times and frequency curves. Naturally, you can also change radio channels and adjust the sound – all from an intuitive and friendly touchscreen interface.

The NETWORK PLAYER CONTROLLER is designed to control Yamaha network players which communicate via a LAN cable and using an iPhone®/iPod touch®/iPad® or Android™ device.
