Compared to the original Hipgig, the Hipgig Sr. offers larger drum sizes for more volume and versatility, while maintaining compactness and portability. The bass drum has gone from its original 16" diameter to 18" , while the mounted toms have increased to 12" and 14" . Similarly, the snare has increased to 13" . Shells are 7-ply and constructed using our Air Seal System. Yamaha CS-651 cymbal stands permit use of larger cymbals and afford greater variation in set up.

Two toms and the snare all fit neatly into the two-piece bass drum which then fits into its own soft case for easy transport. Hardware and the bass drum stool all fit neatly into a special hardware bag.
