MONTAGE M Synthesizer

The GS1 was among the first FM synthesizers. Introduced in 1981, the flagship GS1 included an analog Ensemble and Tremolo Chorus unique to the instrument.

MONTAGE M OS v3.0 adds a VCM (Virtual Circuity Modeling) version of this classic effect along with signature sounds created by CASIOPEA keyboardist Minoru Mukaiya.

An essential component of the legendary CS80 analog synthesizer is the Ring Modulator.

MONTAGE M OS v3.0 adds a VCM CS Ring Modulator effect that faithfully simulates this powerful sound.

All parameters are controller-assignable for deep real-time expression.

Mid/Side (M/S) processing separates the mid and side signals of a stereo image, offering additional mixing tools compared to standard stereo processing. MONTAGE M OS v3.0 also adds a new Mid/Side EQ Compressor offering a creative tool for processing the spatial character, phase, level and EQ of a stereo sound.

MONTAGE M OS v3.0 increases the number of Quick Edit parameters from two to eight for Part Insertion Effect A/B, Reverb, Variation and Master Effects.

The Part LFO now supports AN-X and FM-X parameters, allowing more options for MIDI syncable control of Performance Parts.

A new "ESP Control" tab in [DAW REMOTE] allows deeper parameter control of the Expanded Softsynth Plugin (ESP) from MONTAGE M. Knobs, faders, and buttons now directly control ESP parameters, seamlessly integrating hardware and software.

MONTAGE M OS v3.0 adds improvements to User Live Set organization, making it easier for you to place Performances in any slot you wish.

Seamless Sound Switching allows you to effortlessly transition between Performances of up to eight parts without disrupting the sound. MONTAGE M OS v3.0 adds more flexibility with this feature by setting the amount of time it takes to switch between Performances, from instantaneous to up to 30 seconds.

A new “Note Limit” switch allows you to save split points between Parts and allows you to transpose Parts by +/- 24 semitones.

The number of Libraries has increased from 16 to 24 allowing you to store complete sound banks for instant recall.

You can now access the Ribbon Controller in the Touch Screen View Mode.

MONTAGE M OS v2.0 adds improved AWM2 Element edit along with additional Category Search and Navigation choices.

Even in the category search, Part select, Keyboard control and Mute/Solo are available.

There are also new drawbar organ graphics when the Slider Direct is set to “reverse.”
