We offer free standard shipping only.
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address that you provide at the time of purchase, subject to the delivery restrictions set forth below. All purchases from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our preferred carrier.
Please allow 3-8 business days for delivery of merchandise (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Standard shipping only is available for the Continental U.S. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or to Puerto Rico.
Orders shipped to AK and HI will be shipped by standard shipping only. Please allow 6-16 business days for delivery (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
Items ordered may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is calculated on the total selling price of each individual item.
We offer a 30-day risk free trial on all merchandise*. You must contact customer support to request a return authorization (RA) number. Below are options if you need to return your merchandise purchased from Yamaha Shop Online and obtain an RA number:

Important - Returns require the RA number to ensure you receive an accurate and timely credit to your credit card.
Once you have your RA number, repack the merchandise and all accessories that may have accompanied the original shipment in the original packing materials.
Returned merchandise without a RA number or missing accessories may not be accepted.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment.
Our goal is to process your return promptly. Upon receipt of your package, the return process is normally completed within 7-10 calendar days.
Defective merchandise will be exchanged for same or similar products if returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Refunds will not be issued for defective merchandise.
Item sold as part of a multi-product promotion will receive the price of the returned item(s) less the entire promotional discount of the order.
