Martha Mooke Featured at Global Music Event

Yamaha String Artist Martha Mooke, center, recently participated in the 2008 Beijing International Congress of Women in Music, where she taught a workshop titled "Writing for 21st Century Strings: New Techniques, Electronics and Improvisation." A presentation of one of her string quartets was also featured, which was performed on Yamaha electric string instruments.
