Yamaha Signs New International Artist

BUENA PARK, CA (November 15, 2002) We are very pleased to announce that Philip Hall, principal horn of the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra has switched to one of the new YHR-668 horns.

Designed in consultation with Peter Kurau, horn professor at the world renowned Eastman School of Music, the 668 has been gathering a lot of attention from top players in a variety of countries.

Philip Hall is one of Australia's finest horn players. In addition to his position as Associate Principal Horn of the Adelaide Symphony, Philip has performed with the State Orchestra of Victoria, Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne and Vienna Symphony Orchestras. He has also performed as soloist with the Queensland, Sydney and Adelaide Symphony Orchestras and the Australian Chamber Orchestra.
