The new tuba has a .728 bore and a 21-in. bell and includes a deep, rich sound with improved projection, playability and overall feel. In addition, the tuba features three top action pistons in a traditional marching configuration. Used primarily in Drum & Bugle corps, the tuba was field tested by three of the country's top drum corps – The Cavaliers, Cadets and Crossmen – and received a resounding stamp of approval from all three.

"The feedback we've already received is that this marching tuba has the deep, rich sound that today's marching ensembles are looking for," states Kurt Witt, Manager, Wind Instruments.

The YBB-202MWC is available in a lacquer-finish or silver plate (YBB-202MSWC). Both include a durable, wheeled case and are currently available.
