New 600 Series Trombones

Yamaha Professional model trombones have long been popular thanks to their quick and agile response, highly accurate intonation and warm tone. The new 600 series have kept all of these fine qualities, while adding some design features from our top of the line Xeno trombones. Their broad sound has a well-defined tonal core for excellent projection in all registers.

The series offers two different bore sizes to meet individual playing needs: the YSL-610 and YSL-620 feature a large bore for strong orchestral performance, while the YSL-630 and YSL-640 have a medium-large bore for versatility in all musical genres. All models feature two-piece bells for a quick response, while their narrow slide and medium weight construction provide exceptional playing flexibility.
