Rogers Drums Returns To NAMM For The First Time In Decades

BUENA PARK, Calif. — Rogers Drums displays its new product line in Booth 2964, Hall D in the Anaheim Convention Center at Winter NAMM 2007. This marks Rogers' first showing at NAMM in decades.

Rogers Drums, founded in 1849, is one of the most sought-after vintage drums.  Rogers' innovations include the Dyna-sonic™ snare drum and Memriloc™ hardware. Past Rogers players and endorsees include Buddy Rich, Louis Bellson and Hal Blaine.

"We will be showing a new line of Rogers drums to reintroduce the brand to U.S. music retailers," said Dave Jewell, marketing manager, Rogers Drums. "We have worked to bring to market great value, great quality and a great brand that retailers and consumers can trust. This new line will have great sell-through and profit for dealers."

Dealers who visit Rogers at Winter NAMM and become dealers will receive a limited edition Rogers Drums custom leather tour jacket, and a copy of The Rogers Book by Rob Cook.

Earlier this year, Yamaha Corporation of America acquired the intellectual property rights to Rogers Drum Company at auction following the Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing of Brook Mays Music Company.
