Rock Solid Reliance: Yamaha Offers a Limited Three-Year Warranty on New Digital Pianos

BUENA PARK, Calif. — To underscore its commitment to customers and to illustrate the company's confidence in the quality of its products, Yamaha Corporation of America is now offering a three-year Rock Solid Reliance parts and labor warranty on digital piano models sold in traditional musical instrument retailers. The extended protection supports buyers of Pro Audio & Combo Division's P, PF, CP, YDP and Nocturne series digital pianos (excluding the P65 and YDP131C sold in the mass-market channel). Labor is most often the costliest item in any digital piano repair and is typically given the shortest term on consumer electronics warranties.

Rock Solid Reliance, 3 Year Parts & Labor
"It's common knowledge that Yamaha instruments are among the most well-built and reliable in the world," said Dane Madsen, marketing manager, Digital Pianos, Pro Audio & Combo Division, Yamaha Corporation of America. "That's why Yamaha offers the industry's longest warranty labor coverage in digital pianos sold by both the Piano and Pro Audio & Combo divisions."

The warranty is granted to the original owner of a covered product that is purchased at an authorized Yamaha musical instrument (MI) dealer in one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia. It covers defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the date of purchase. POP displays celebrating the new PAC Digital Piano Limited Warranty will be distributed to retailers.
