Yamaha Offers Must-Have Maintenance Kits and Specialty Items for Wind Instruments
BUENA PARK, Calif. Yamaha Band & Orchestral Division, Accessories Department, recently introduced new and improved wind instrument maintenance kits and individual specialty care items. The new maintenance kits were developed using high-quality components and contain the essential products needed to maintain any wind instrument.
Ideal for new and intermediate players, these kits provide all-in-one care and maintenance solutions for flute, oboe, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, horn, trombone and low brass instruments. The trumpet and low brass piston valve kits contain Yamaha's new Superior Valve Oil and the trombone kit includes the new Yamaha Trombone Slide Oil.
Each maintenance kit includes an easy-to-follow care and maintenance manual and resealable plastic bags for item storage.

Yamaha is also introducing new specialty products for wind instruments, including a flute-length cleaning rod long enough for the player to swab out the flute while still assembled; slim polishing cloths to assist in cleaning and polishing hard-to-reach areas such as around flute keys and valve assemblies; premium rotor oil using a new reformulated lubricant housed in a child-resistant bottle; and a pad paper set.
