Yamaha Inducts Second Group into President' s Club

BUENA PARK, Calif.—Yamaha Corporation of America inducted its second group of salespeople into the company's President's Club. Recipients of the annual award represented all of the company's major divisions and subsidiaries in the United States, including Yamaha Electronics Corporation (YEC), Keyboard (YKD), Pro Audio & Combo (PAC), Band & Orchestral (B&O) and Yamaha Commercial Audio Systems (YCAS).

This year, inductees spent a long weekend attending a reception, advanced sales meetings, a dinner cruise and a special President's Club Banquet with national sales directors and Yamaha executives. They also enjoyed time to relax with their significant others at the Laguna Cliffs Resort & Spa in Dana Point, Calif.

"Customer Relationship Management is usually associated with systems, but in truth, our field staff is the real CRM managers for our company," said Takuya Nakata, President, Yamaha Corporation of America. "The President's Club helps us appropriately recognize outstanding achievement in a meaningful way."
