Yamaha CI Connect Website Features Tools that Enhance Custom Installers' Success

DENVER, Colo., September 26, 2013— Yamaha Corporation of America, AV Division, today introduced Yamaha CI Connect, the definitive AV product sales and technical information website for the Yamaha dealer network, custom installers and vendor partners. The new website, which can be accessed at yamahaciconnect.com, makes it easy for users to get information about new and existing products, as well as learning tools that improve productivity.

"Yamaha CI Connect enhances our ability to convey useful information regarding new products, product support, and training materials, for the success of our dealers and partners," said Bob Goedken, general manager, AV Division, Yamaha Corporation of America. Yamaha CI Connect replaces the Yamaha Product Advisory Board portal that has been in place for many years. In addition to a new look and feel, key improvements to the new site include quick navigation to the information or services being sought, as well as mobile access for users on the go. Current Yamaha Product Advisory Board members can use their existing credentials to access Yamaha CI Connect. Authorized dealers without credentials need to secure a "Rep ID" number from their Yamaha sales representative.
