BUENA PARK, Calif.[January 22, 2026] Yamaha is proud to announce two new product lines joining our percussion lineup: introducing MC-6300 Series Power-Lite Marching Carriers and QD-6300 Series Power-Lite Multi-toms.
Power-Lite Marching Carriers
New MC-6300 Series Power-Lite Marching Carriers are designed specifically for aspiring middle and high school percussionists. Crafted with durable aluminum alloy, these lightweight carriers are engineered to reduce fatigue, promote proper playing technique, and comfortably accommodate a wide range of body types.

The lineup includes the MSC-6300 Marching Snare Carrier, MTC-6300 Marching Tenor Carrier and MBC-6300 Marching Bass Drum Carrier. Compatible exclusively with Yamaha Power-Lite Series drums.

Power-Lite Marching Multi-Toms
Fully assembled and ready to play straight out of the box, new QD-6300 Power-Lite Multi-Toms feature a sturdy frame assembly and 6-ply birch shells. Configurations include a lightweight “micro-quad” consisting of 6”, 8”, 10”, and 12” toms, as well as the standard 8”, 10”, 12” and 13” configuration.
