As every drummer knows, feel is of the utmost importance. That's why you can choose between two stunning types of heads in your DTX8 Series or DTX10 Series kit.
Textured Cellular Silicone (TCS) heads have a realistic response, as well as special surfaces that never loosen, while always maintaining the best possible feel.
Two-ply REMO Mesh heads have outstanding noise reduction, durability and impressive rebound. Additionally, the heads can be tuned to your preference.
Whether you choose the DTX8 Series or DTX10 Series, each shares the same gorgeous appearance as their acoustic counterparts. Every drum pad has been handmade with beautiful birch shells, in your choice of finish: Real Wood or Black Forest. Badges, lugs and hoops have also been integrated into the pads. Taken as a whole, these wood shells break the stereotype of what an electronic drum kit should look like.

For experienced drummers who demand uncompromising quality and performance, the DTX8 Series combines staggering power with the beauty and feel of an acoustic drum set.
The DTX8 Series comes well-equipped with a 7.5” kick pad featuring a multilayer, advanced cushion structure which offers a satisfyingly natural feel while also being large enough to accommodate double bass drum pedals comfortably. Also included is a 12” snare drum pad, 10” tom and floor tom pads, a 2-zone hi-hat pad – along with three 3-zone cymbal pads – including an ample 15” ride with hit point detection.
Supported by the RS8 rack mount system, the DTX8 Series can take anything you throw at it. Engineered for easy and highly flexible setups, the RS8 system is designed to leave the hi-hat stand and double foot pedal unobstructed, while its L-shaped legs greatly improve stability.
Fueling the kit is the DTX-PRO, which contains the same sound engine in the flagship DTX-PROX module. Featuring samples of real drums and room ambience recorded in world-renowned studios, the DTX-PRO has been fine-tuned to follow your performance naturally and seamlessly.
Create your desired sound with ease by simply turning the Ambience, Compression and Effect knobs. Play along with music tracks from your mobile device with Rec'n'Share iOS/Android app (also available in the DTX-PROX). Whatever you have in mind, you'll be able to achieve it with the DTX-PRO.

No detail has been overlooked in the DTX10 Series. Starting with the heart of the set, the 12” kick pad features a two-ply REMO mesh head with a unique three-layer cushion structure that's a pleasure to play. The ride cymbal boasts an impressive 17” circumference with hit point detection, as well as 13” and 15” crash cymbal pads. Each cymbal pad produces different sounds at the edge, bow and cup. Choke and mute functions are also included.
As you blast off to new heights with the DTX10 Series, your kit will stay grounded with its extra-stable rack system, HEXRACK II. Not only does it look fantastic – it's flexible enough to configure in whatever way you see fit and durable enough to endure the most aggressive drumming.
Controlling the DTX10 Series is the DTX-PROX — a state-of-the-art drum module allowing you to perform in the most dynamic and nuanced ways possible. It features multilayered drum sounds and room ambience, all of which was recorded in world-renowned studios in the highest resolution.
The DTX-PROX gives you complete authority over your kit with 7 LED rotary faders that control the sound of each individual pad. These faders can be used to control connected external MIDI devices and DAW software for both studio and live performances. Also, with the turn of a knob, you can adjust the ambience, compression and effects.
Additionally, the DTX-PROX comes with a download code for the latest version of Cubase AI, the most powerful recording, editing and mixing tool available.
