[Keyboard Instruments / Digital Pianos] What can I do if I only hear audio from one side of my headphones?

If you only hear the audio from one side, please check the following:
Make sure the headphone plug is securely inserted into the headphone jack of the instrument.
Remove the plug and re-insert it firmly into the headphone jack of the instrument.
Make sure the headphones plug is securely inserted into the converter plug.
If you have the headphone which has stereo mini plug, you need the converter plug (stereo mini plug -> standard stereo phone plug). Insert the headphones plug firmly into the converter plug.
*Depending on the type of converter plug, you may have to insert it until you hear a click, or turn it like a screw.
A: Stereo mini plug 3.5 mm (1/8 inch)
B: Stereo standard phone converter plug 6.3mm (1/4 inch)
C: Stereo mini plug + converter plug
Make sure you are using a stereo converter plug.
If you use a mono converter plug (one black line on the end of the jack), you will only hear the sound from one side. Use a stereo (two black lines on the end of the jack) converter plug.
D: Correct: stereo plug (2 black lines)
E: Incorrect: mono plug (1 black line)
