[Keyboard Instruments Digital Pianos] I cannot connect the power adapter PA-300C properly

When connecting the power cord to the power adapter, the connection plug should stick out a little less than 1cm. Please see the photo below.
A : The connection plug of the power cord
B : When correctly connected it will stick out a little less than１cm (a bit more than ¼ inch).
