[Remie (PSS-E30)/PSS-F30/PSS-A50] Can it run on batteries?

Last Update: 9/10/2020

These models can use batteries (sold separately).

Use four “AA” size, Alkaline (LR6)/ Manganese (R6) batteries, or rechargeable nickel-metal hydride (Ni-MH) batteries.
Open the battery compartment cover located on the instrument's bottom panel and insert the four batteries.

Battery installation

  1. Make sure that the power of the instrument is off.
  2. Place the unit upside down on a soft cloth and open the battery compartment cover.

  4. Replace the compartment cover, making sure that it locks firmly in place.
*Notice
  1. Connecting or disconnecting the USB cable with batteries installed may turn the power off, resulting in loss of your custom settings data.
  2. This instrument cannot be used to charge the batteries. Use only the specified charger device when charging the batteries.
  3. Power will be automatically drawn from the USB cable if a USB cable is connected while batteries are installed in the instrument.
  4. When battery power becomes too low for proper operation, the volume may be reduced, the sound may be distorted, and other problems may occur. When this happens, make sure to replace all batteries with new or fully recharged batteries.
